Articles / Aviation and Women in Europe Posted by mash on Feb 28, 2007 - 07:52 AM AWE - Aviation and Women in Europe's presence during the 18th Annual International Women in Aviation Conference [1]          February 15-17, 2007          Disney's Coronado Springs Resort, Lake Buena Vista, FL was "massive". 45% of the European members of Women in Aviation, International were actively present during this years inspiring Conference and two were much applauded keynote speakers during the general session o­n Saturday morning. During the Banquet Saturday evening the amazing aviation pioneer Marie Marvingt of France was inducted in the Women in Aviation, Interntional Hall of Fame [2]. A most moving ceremony!
